30 day Countdown!

Hi everyone! My wedding's 39 days away and I'm still on all the last minute DIY's and arrangements. We're starting to buy the mixing sides for the cocktails, beverages, settle everything with the photographer, etc. I have two things I need advice and suggestions on.

So 1st. our toast, believe it or not, was meant for our tattoo artist and dearest friend to give and still is. My future husband gave me the idea of him making it, said he wouldn't mind saying something. I was shocked because I didn't picture him that type, but said why not. Here' the thing, now we have no idea if to stay with our original plan or to actually change the person giving it or if my FH wants to give it.
2nd. I wanted to do a 30 day countdown/challenge for our wedding where I could show him or do something for him daily, coming up to our wedding. It may sound lame... but I want to do something to spike the excitement and let the stress go daily. Any suggestions? A 30 day photo throwback challenge? 30 recreated dates? 30 scavenger hunts to find something? 30 quialities I love about him written down daily? (I love to write like they used to in old times, and he loves my narrative way of doing so). Anyways, I don't know! But you get the idea lol 😉
