30 Day Guns, Buns, and Abs Challenge

I found this 30 day challenge on pinterest and decided to give it a try. Anyone else want to join?

    I think the Leg Lifts work the lower abs, FutureMrsS.

    I am pretty much already doing guns, buns, and abs...just different. I am doing planks, squats, and kettlebell arm lifts to work the jiggly back part of the arm.

    I've actually shown this routine to my fiance who is actually a trainer, and he thinks it's crazy to do 250 squats. Some professional body builders don't even do that many! But if you can, the more power to ya! Seems like your routine is better. I've personally done Jillian Michaels 30 day shred (along with some extra additions my fiance has added & eating clean) and I've seen great results. It's like $8 in Target lol.

    I'm doing something similar, except planks instead of leg lifts! Day 2 workout is about to start!

    Hands down, the best exercises for your abs and butt are planks, lunges, squats, and plain old sit-ups. You do however many reps, then wait 25 seconds in between each to give your muscles a rest and "shock." Also, as an FYI, push-ups actually decrease the size of your breasts -- if that's an issue for anyone. I don't do them, but planks actually are a great substitute and work your arms as well.

    This looks good. I found the 30 day challenge website and am on day 10 ( doing beach body and little black dress together). I was skeptical at first as it only takes about 15 minutes. But it's a good compliment to my current workout routine and I'm noticing results
