30 Day Shred - Level 2

Y'all - I just made te move to level two of 30 day shred. I had upped my weights for level one last week and felt ready for the next challenge ...hoooooo boy! My arms are soooooooore now! It's a huge jump but Jullian michaels sure knows what she's doing!

(I am doing this 2-3 times a week and running 2-3 times per week as well.)

    Good job Kate!!! I'm almost at level 2 also. I thought about making the move yesterday but did one last day on level 1. I attend a boot camp 3 days a week and do 30 day shred on the other days. Feels so good!!! I'm down 10 lbs and almost 2 dress sizes. Smiley smile Think I will need my wedding dress altered one more time.

    I need to go back to Jillian. I've been trying Ballet Barre -- my arms freaking hurt! Who knew flapping your arms like Swan Lake could be so hard??

    I would love to know what you are doing. I was put on medication and have gained a lot of weight and only have 30 days. I would love to shed as much weight as possible can you share you plan with me.

    I am really desparate. I may cancel my photographer if I get no help
