Has anyone had success with Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred DVD? I just got it today and did the first workout. My legs are super weak and shaky still!
I needed something to get me into working out because I absolutely HATE to work out. It's complete and total torture for me and I'd rather do just about anything else.
But, I'd like to lose more weight and get in shape before our wedding.
I lost 60 pounds on weight watchers a few years back with no exercise - and then this past year, I gained about 10 pounds back. I'm having a really REALLY hard time sticking to the weight watchers plan this time around so I need to get some working out in there. But, OMG. I hate it.
They say the hardest part is the first day. But for me, the hardest part is knowing that I have to KEEP doing it.
