Hey ladies
So my maid of honor and I are doing the 30 day shred (Jillian Michaels) and I am liking it so far. We are only a few days in but it seems to be a great workout that could get me some great results. Have any of you tried it or doing it now? Did you have good results? and tips? I have trouble sticking to things so I could use some encouragement that it worked for other people!
