Oh boy...time to start dieting like crazy! anyone else in the same boat?

    Oh yea.... take it one day and lb at a time.... Insanity, and just basically cardio and strength....

    Ive got 15lbs and im freaking out!! i might do the vitamin b12 shots I know a co worker did it and she lost weight fast...

    I need 40lbs by December. I weigh 200lbs (not afraid to admit it) 5'4", and I want to be 160lbs the day of my wedding, I'm really going to kick my cardio into high gear this summer, when I'm not taking college classes. Goof luck!

    I am in the same boat but I have 6 months but I have been going to the gym like crazy and nothing. I am about to step it up a notch and do a nightly run. I have done the B12 shots and the Phentermine. It worked for me after my 1st baby and this time it isn't do so well. Smiley sad so I am on my own and will conquer this and you can do it too!

    I'll be honest...I'm 5'8 and my goal is to be 140 on my wedding day! That's the weight I was 5 yrs ago when I met my FH!

    ...I guess everyone can calculate my weight now but what the heck, we're here to support! LOL

    I've got 351bs to loose over 7 months, have lost 9pounds in 4months so have opped my regimen, need to be 150 by the wedding date, have upped my regimen , need to loose 14 pounds by the time the e.shoot comes, upped my exercise regimen to 5 times a week, will up again in june!

    I'd like to lose 40 pounds too... I have been going to gym, but I really need to start being more strict with my healthy eating. I just don't have very much money for groceries (fresh fruit, vegies, etc) I feel like every time we go to the grocery store we spend an arm and a leg, then we get back home and it feels like I didn't buy anything or I forget we bought something or we get so busy at work that things go bad and I throw them away. I wish they made single/just for two portions of items like breads or etc...

    I've gone from 185 August 2011 to 155 now by using oxy elite, portion control and exercising like crazy about 2 weeks out of each month ( I'm not terribly good at consistency). I'm now in the process of getting my last 10 lbs off. Recommendations: cut out all unnecessary drink calories and replace with water. Water flushes your system so well, then work out enough to sweat out the water. I probably could've hit my goal weight a month or two ago if I'd been diligent, but then again if I'd been really diligent I wouldn't hav packed in 40 lbs in the first place Smiley winking. Personally I love oxy elite, but pills aren't for everyone, definetly read reviews before you try it.

    My pill regimin for the wedding : Flinstone vitamins, biotin (hair and nails), and oxy elite before I work out to maximize my fat burn.

    I am 237 and 5'6. I would like to lose 20lbs. We don't have a lot a money because i am not working as much as before. Fresh fruits and veggies are so expensive. I started with the WII Dance workout. I hope I can stay focused enough to lose the weight.

    I will wish you luck, but you may be being a tad unrealistic on your goals. Your goal should be 1-2 pounds per week. You don't have enough weeks for that. Just be very careful about how you go about it! But you are better of not focusing on a number and focusing on inches and overall health.

    Second what Meghan said. Make sure you don't do anything to jeopardize your health. Eat properly, exercise regularly, cut out sugary drinks like soda/juice, and take it easy!

    I need 12 more pounds to go. My Bridals are two days after my shower so I wanna look good. I lost three pounds last week by just walking the treadmill for an hour, limiting fast food, only having the sandwich and burger, no fries or soda and eating more fruit and veggies. Good Luck but don't make your goals unrealistic Smiley smile

    Good luck ladies! Just remember to eat healthfully!

    I wish I could return to the weight I was when I met Dh. I was 30 lbs lighter. HOwever, short of eating lettuce from now until Cate's wedding, the most I can count on is about 10 lb and some inches. If I could lose the inches around the waist line, I would be happy.

    Working out is a great great tool but the majority of your weight loss comes from what you eat. You have to eat alot of chicken, fish, veggies and fruit and tons of water.
