Do they want a big to do? It may be that they'd be just as happy with a smaller, more intimate affair, maybe at a restaurant. That could help save money and still be wedding-y

Without breaking the bank you can get a suit, a pretty dress, and a small bouquet. As the previous poster mentioned, a reception at a restaurant can be nice or have a local restaurant cater if you have a house or other venue in mind. You could even do just a wedding photoshoot for them. I saw this online and thought it was the cutest thing.
