So, at my last dress fitting it was a bit of a struggle to zip the dress. It is TIGHT, ladies, and not comfortable. My alterations lady asked if I wanted her to take it out, but I asked her to give me a chance to lose the weight. You would think that would get me to the gym right away, but of course I kept putting it off. I made it in today, had a rockin' work-out and me and the FH are planning low-cal meals, but part of me is worried I procrastinate too long and there's just not enough time to shed the excess weight
I've never been athletic or overly motivated to lose weight. But ever since I quit smoking the weight has been going up up up. Does anyone have ay tips or tricks? I don't feel comfortable crash dieting, but it seems like weight loss is a slow process and I'm running out of time!
