I've officially started panicking! I need to drop AT LEAST 20lbs by Aug 24, it would be great if I could do closer to 30! I really feel like I don't have enough time and it's impossible :'(

You should check with your seamstress as to when the drop dead day is for weight loss. At some point you will have to stop so that they have time to do alterations.

Yardie, that sounds great! I will google it!

M.S.P, I've also been trying to drink a ton of water! I've been peeing like every 30 minutes lol

KM, that's a good point. I will have to check with my seamstress when I see her July 5th, thanks! Smiley smile

Do you have a "workout partner" not necessarily someone you workout with everyday but someone to check in with? It may sound silly but it honestly helps...FH and I do it with each other..."did you work out today" "what all did yuo eat today" and just having to tell him "no I didn't go to the gym today" makes me feel horrible so I become much more accountable.

I know a lot of women (including myself) are using myfitnesspal...it's a helpful way to make sure you'er sticking to your diet/workout routine.

Rachel, that's a good idea! I'm checking out that website right now! I wish my FH would do that to me but his eating/exercise habits are horrible so he probably wouldn't stick with it Smiley sad
