6,000 rose petals

I bought 3000 silk petals I did my border aisle runner its 15ft on each side filled my flower girl basket and still have a ton of petals left since yours is more than double mine i would say 6000 should be perfect!

I would definitely go with silk for this. The only thing someone might do if they are real is pick one up and say "hm! it's real" and put it down. Save the money for sure and go fake!

One pro and one con. Pro, fake is cheaper and easier to clean up. Con, they will all get swept up under your dress train, unless you hot glue them down to something, which takes forever and a day.

Silk have to be cleaned up. If outdoors, real petals will biodegrade eventually, so you don't have to be as fanatical to get them all. Real petals could stain floor or your dress, silk won't (maybe they will if they get wet).

Definitely go fake!

Double check with your venue. mine will ONLY allow real petals on the grounds.
