We are getting married 06/06/2021 at Sandals Royal Caribbean so the wedding and honeymoon are both 100% handled Smiley heart It will just be my FH and I and we will be having a large reception on 06/26/2021 once we are back home from our Weddingmoon. I haven't really done much planning for that... I need to get my booty in gear!

Well, based on this planning app, I’m behind lol. I didn’t realized it was so much to do. I just locked the date and colors. Still trying to book the venue. Once that’s done I guess everything else will fall in place

    YES! June 5th baby!

So far we have venue, I found dress, menu chosen, save the dates sent, florist booked, took engagement photos, honeymoon booked, and DJ and dessert contacts are in the process. Things are going to be just fine ladies! No matter what happens, we are spending the rest of our lives with the person we love and THAT'S ALL THAT MATTERS. Don't reschedule my friends, if COVID hits, just carry on and marry your best friend.

I agree with you. We are going ahead with the planning process, as outlined in our checklist LOL. We will start to "worry" in February/March timeframe. I just want to be (and stay) excited. 😊

June 13th, 2021! I've accomplished just about all that I can at this point.

Venue, dress, wedding bands, and florist. FH mom's friend is a baker and she's baking our wedding cake as a gift and his cousin is a DJ, so those too are knocked out.

I mailed Save the Dates last week, and I've got the wedding website completely set-up (with the link to the hotel block).

The caterer/bartender I have in mind isn't taking new appointments until the beginning of the year due to COVID-19, so we're just coasting along haha.

Hi there, June 5th, 2021 bride here too! I've started seeing people pushing back their weddings around our date, which is a bit concerning. I think we'll stick with it, weather we have the full 200 guests or 20! I'm trying to not worry too much and just enjoy the process Smiley smile

I feel behind on planning a bit, but not too bad. We have the venue, photographer, engagement picture taken (just waiting for them back), florist, caterer, I have my dress, my bridesmaids just ordered their dresses yesterday, registry started, florist booked, and wedding website almost done. We are finishing up save the dates and going to send them out in the next few weeks. My hair/makeup team just cancelled on me, so I'm working on finding someone new currently.

It's so nice to see other June 5th/June brides and where we all are at Smiley smile

Sounds like you have everything done except for the hair and makeup but only bc they canceled on you. I was supposed to marry this year but venue canceled so its June 5th. Have you already paid everything off? I mean everything that you named that you have, have you paid it all off? I am still paying off the photobooth lady and then the DJ. Still have the venue to finish paying and the photographer as well. I like paying cash so i know its done instead of using a credit card and having that hang over my head. Who all have their June wedding completely organized and ready? We still need to take our engagement pictures.

We have everything planned out too like Cassidy but are holding off on paying anyone off because we are paying most in cash or check. Most of our vendors won’t take anymore money because they know there’s a possibility of changing dates. Especially in NJ we keep changing the requirements for indoor events. Not going to pay for a DJ if we can’t have a dance floor still come June. We also might have to change our cocktail hour if there’s still restrictions on that.

Hey everyone! Checking in to see how you are feeling about our June wedding date! I live in FL and I’m getting concerned, even though there aren’t any lockdowns yet. Sending out our Save the Dates soon.

    Christin,
I have to be honest, I'm scared this covid-19 mess will still be going on when June 5th 2021 comes rolling around. I put my wedding dress on today to try it on to feel that magical feeling again and I cried for (2) reasons. (1) I felt that magical awesome feeling in thee dress that i picked and fell in love with. Plus I know I paid for it and it wasn't cheap either! (2) I have gained way too much weight and you could see my large stomach sticking out of the dress and it was very tight around my hip waist and stomach and it wasn't even zipped and buttoned!!! I was 130lbs when I bought the dress and now I am close to weighing 200! I got on my phone right after I put my dress away and set a time to work out tomorrow with my future sister inlaw. Im just sick with how i have gained so much weight! It didn't seem like i was gaining that much!! Has anyone else gained weight this year and trying to lose it for their 2021 wedding? Or am i the only one?

We’re getting married June 5th 2021. We’ve been proceeding with wedding planning and have most things already booked. Since there’s a good chance that covid restrictions may still be in place with my state, I’ve already checked with the venue and anticipating that the restrictions should be in a lower tier and the venue is more than large enough to accommodate those restrictions with the number of people we are planning. Fingers crossed that it plays out that way but we’ll see. We plan on getting married that day no matter what happens.
