90 day workout program. Help Me :)

Jessica, on April 10, 2016 at 8:34 PM Posted in Fitness and Health 0 14

I am looking for a great 90 day workout plan that explains the exercises. I know lots of you are trying to get in shape for your big day. What's everyone doing??? I'd love if someone could forward me a plan that has weight training, cardio, abs, the whole nine yards. I don't want anything I have to pay for.

Thanks!

I am doing the 21 day fix plan. It combines nutrition and exercise. I do pay for this!

I'm taking dance and cardio classes at my local gym. I love it because you sweat a bunch and goes by quickly. Smiley smile

All great ideas, but you can never go wrong with hitting the gym. Incorporate some weight lifting and some cardio and you'll be ready to go in 90 days. If you're not motivated enough to do it alone grab a friend or family member. Keep in mind that your nutrition is going to be the biggest part of you reaching your goals.

Diet really plays a huge role in how much weight you will end up losing. I usually do an hour on the treadmill (speed 2.8-3.0 at a slope of 10) everyday, on weekends try taking a nice hour long walk. My dinner is almost always liquid (soup from scratch, smoothie). Breakfast is usually coffee or tea (no cream or sugar) and some fruit and plain unsweetened yogurt. I usually eat a salad with tuna or chicken for lunch. Don't push yourself too much.Hope this helps!

Look up BodyRock. They have free videos, and there's even a thing where you can sign up through email and they send you a video every day.

    P90X.

It has weights, cardio, abs, and a nutrition plan.

Totally amazing. (I don't buy into the shakeology BS, just regular food for me) I lost 30 pounds and 11 inches off my waist doing that program (over 6 months. I did it back to back 90 days, 1 week break, and 90 days)
