I really enjoy reading everyones stories on here so my question to all of you is when was the moment you knew you were in love with your person?

For me it was winter time a few years ago, it had just snowed and I was helping him to shovel out his car and clean it off. We started thowing shovels full of snow at each other playing around lol. So anyways I was laughing and the words I love you literally almost flew out of my mouth without me even thinking, but I did catch myself and instead said "I miss you" 🤣.. I probably looked like such a weirdo he just looked at me and said "what do you mean you miss me I didn't even leave yet." So yea that was the moment I realized oh sh** I'm in love, like when did this happen.❤❤

We had mutual friends in college and so we started hanging out. I was playing games and drinking at his place with some friends, and it was getting late to drive so he put down an air mattress for me. I woke up the next morning in his bed and he was sleeping on the floor instead. I could remember him carrying me princess style after I fell asleep on the couch. That was when I knew!

It was our second date, at the time I was staying with my mom as I had just moved 4 states down to be closer to her and my sister. We had went out to dinner and were on the way back to my house to grab somethings when I got a phone call that my uncle had passed. My future wife stayed with my all night (we were up all night getting a flight and things organized for my mother to go up and handle the funeral arrangements) and then she helped me drive 2 hours away after being up all night to drop my mother off at the airport. On the way back she was curled up in the passenger seat asleep and I looked over and it just hit that that was the woman I was going to marry!

...When my dad said I was falling in love with this guy I had just met and I hadn't even gone on a date with him yet.
I mean, it was pretty obviously love at first sight, on my end, but when I was gushing about him in a call with my dad and I got *called out*... I had to admit it.
So, we went on about 2 dates and I told DH. ...Luckily, he wasn't scared away.
