I a answer to my question. This is my first and only wedding. And I am lost I don't wanted to spend to much on my wedding but this is my first wedding. I don't have family like my sister or brother or my mom and dad. But I have friends like my family. I want my wedding too be forgettable. What should I do go high or stay in my budget.

Affording a wedding means more than being able to come up with the money or not putting yourself into debt, it means first taking a realistic look at your financial situation. Do you have a sufficient emergency fund? Are you putting away the recommended amount into long term savings every year? Are you on track for long and short term goals and paying off good debt? Are you in stable careers/job situations? Have you paid off any bad debt such as credit card debt? If you aren't able to answer yes to all these questions, then IMO you can't afford it.

A wedding can be beautiful and memorable at any size or price point. Unquestionably the answer to your question is to stay well within your budget.
