Hello!
So I am wondering if there's anyone else out there without an actual "theme" for their wedding.. If so, has it been more helpful or hurtful during your planning?!
We have made a lot of decisions already (colors, venue, flowers, etc) and I FEEL like things are coming together nicely.. I'm just wondering how people feel about having a theme.. Does a wedding without a theme lack something special?
My FH and I both have pretty simple taste.. I want something very classic and nothing too showy.. I don't want to regret anything from our wedding, so I'm trying to keep things "timeless" and beautiful!
Also, we're getting married at a castle in northern Michigan, which I feel like takes care of a lot of the "decor" stuff for us (it's a beautiful stone building).. and I'm trying REALLY hard to avoid a "princessy" feel for our wedding.. I'm just not a princess type of bride :-P
I don't know if any of this makes sense.. but I'm just looking for general feedback..
Thanks!
