Hey ladies

So I I'm literally trying to get the mind set to be dedicated to working out or shall I say getting my wedding body together lol.
My problem is I wanna gain weight in certain areas and loose weight in others but I don't know where to start

    That’s kind of hard to do. Of course there’s workouts that target specific areas you wanna work on so you could ideally do that

    There’s no such thing as targeting fat loss. You can tone certain areas more with different workouts, but you don’t get to choose where the fat that you burn comes from.

    I would say look up different diets and stuff on pinterest that would target certain areas maybe? 🤷‍♀️. I mean weight loss is typically 80 percent about diet and 20 percent about exercise. So if anything just try seeing if certain foods will help to lose/gain weight and what workouts target what area of the body.

    I Suggest Focusing On The Weightloss Portion First, And Then Focus On Toning. You Can't Target Specific Spots Of Your Body To Lose/Gain Weight. But Once You Lose The Weight You Can Gain Back Muscle.

    Do some weight training, it burns a lot more calories than cardio does.
