Acrylic Invites?

Has anyone used these? I really like the looks of them, but I’m very curious about how much they are to send out. I’ve heard anything from 75cents to $4 each.


For reference, the person on Etsy that’s making them says they’re 0.3mm, very thin acrylic.
Also, if you’ve used them, did you have to package them in bubble mailers so they don’t crack or bend

    I was looking into these but I ending up using silk wrapped wooden folios and traditional card stock inserts.


    However, I was invited to a wedding that’s used these and thee invitations arrived in bubble mailers. They are pretty bendable and durable so it would be hard to break.
    I will ask her about the shipping costs. It cost me about $5.50 per invite to ship mine.

    We had acrylic invites and it was based on where each one was being sent to. It was anywhere between $4 and $5.50 for us. Didn't need bubble though.

    Acrylic invites are beautiful but for all the extra money you spend buying and shipping them, they are really impractical for your guests. Most wedding invites would be hung on the recipients fridge with a magnet, but I’m not sure what they would do with an acrylic invite. I’d honestly suggest spending the money elsewhere but if it makes you happy then do it!
