Try calling party and decor rental companies or send requests for quotes with an image attached.

I have never seen a rental company offer something like that. I have seen Home Goods selling a table similar, I think it was around $500.

I don't think it is an actual table. It looks as though the tall candle holding cylinders are inside clear boxes topped with a clear (acrylic or glass) slab.

Agreed with Nancy. If you really want it, ask a local plastics fabrication shop the cost also as an alternative. During wedding diy projects I used a shop like that to custom cut acrylic pieces. I actually bought two acrylic square columns for my ceremony that looks similar to that base.

There are soooo many amazing things to inspire and excite you on Pinterest. But it isn't always so easy to actually find those things. I would say look locally to see if there is someone that can make it for you. Otherwise, you'll have to do the online thing and order it?
