  You could make a list in the RSVP like you would for meal choice for them to choose one of the common allergens (nuts, fruits, etc.) or "other" and direct them to leave you a message?

  I can’t upload a pic on phone but we added an “Allergies:” line under their meal option. Glad we did! Several dairy & gluten allergies.
