Adding Addresses on my Website

When I first started our wedding website a few months ago, there was an option to add photos to each address. Aside from the venue and hotel, I had added places to visit while our guests are in town and things to do. Today I went to add a couple more and not only has the format of the page changed, but I can't figure out how to add photos now! Does anyone know how to fix this?
