Adding events to my wedding website

I can’t add any events because tab for Cities and Towns wont drop down with a list of cities to choose from and it erases what I’ve typed as soon as I click off of it. How can I fix this?

    I been having the same problem that's with alot of places. It need to be up to date. That's one thing I don't like is that some stuff want pull up
