Adding Sleeves to Dress

TamraTexas, on February 16, 2017 at 10:28 AM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 5

This is my dress. I'm having 3/4 length lace sleeves added to it. (I prefer having my upper arms and shoulders covered.)

Or should I do longer sleeves? Would it look weird to just add sleeves or better to add lace to the neckline too? The back is lace with buttons. Thanks!

You're getting married in the winter, so long, lace sleeves wouldn't look out of place. A 3/4 or just above the wrist-line sleeve would look nice as well.

Ask your seamstress what she things would look best. I had sleeves added to my dress as well and I defaulted to the expertise of the seamstress.

Your dress is gorgeous! I think sleeves would look just fine, but I agree with @R&B2016 - ask your seamstress!

I'd go with wrist length, especially in winter. Your dress is gorgeous!
