My dad adopted me at 9 yrs old, and all the father/daughter songs I found talk about first breaths, wrapped in pink, first steps and events he was not present for. Does anybody know a great song that is not about from birth?

    I was adopted at 2.5yo by my dad. At my wedding my husband adopted my 2yo from my first marriage.
