They're spam posts. They get removed when someone with the ability to close those discussions sees them, but sometimes that can take a little bit of time for them to see it. You can also report those posts by going into the discussion, clicking the arrow at the top, and selecting "Flag". That will alert the admins to look into that post and remove it.
