Advice about catering

How much on average did you all spend on catering? I’m wanting buffet style since it’s cost efficient but I want an open bar and cocktails hour before the reception.

We are getting married in Maysville. Inviting about 135. However we are having breakfast food and no open bar/no alcohol at all. Our quote is 2,700
