Any suggestions or advice? I'm a sentimental person and love personal notes and looking back to see who said what, but I do admit that I always forget to do that stuff at weddings

I think I'm going to do a photo guest book with an instax camera, and instead of advice cards (like PPs say, too much pressure) I plan on doing date ideas!

Instead of a guest book, we got a like $12 small lockable ballot box on Amazon (the kind that places use to have people drop business card in for raffles, etc.) and are going to have people write messages to us and we will open the box together on our one year anniversary!

We're doing a picture that guests sign and we can hang on the wall after the wedding. I also recently decided to make an optional "advice jar/basket" for anyone who wanted to say more than just signing their name. I found reasonably inexpensive, cute little vintage note cards and pens to put out. I'll either put out a mason jar (I have a few extra from our centerpieces) or let people add their advice cards to the card box we already have, and add a little sign telling people what the advice cards are for.

I went with a guest book of our engagement photos. We got a lot of compliments on the photos and most people never would have seen them otherwise. We love looking back and reading our guests messages and seeing the pictures we had so much fun posing for. Plus engagement photos can be expensive and this is a good way to put that $$ to work! lol
