Advice for centerpiece

Amanda, on January 24, 2014 at 5:17 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 3

Below is a picture of what I am working with. I had to take it apart because the switch on the battery pack fell inside itself (originally it was inside the mason jar). We are thinking that to avoid the problem we will need to put the battery pack on the outside, perhaps on the bottom of the jar. Do you have any suggestions on how we can hide the battery pack? As you might be able to see it is pretty big.

Could you put this on a platform of some sort and put the pack under the platform? I'm doing 3 vases with floating candles on a tree slice, and I am putting moss on the slab with the fairy lights and pack under the moss.

That was my idea, using some kind of platform. My mom's ideas were putting it on the bottom and use flowers to hide it or putting the jar in a shallow wicker basket and hiding it with flowers or something, but I would rather have some kind of platform.
