I just wanted to come back and share some advice for your big day. My day was absolutely gorgeous, but of course some things went wrong. A huge tsunami/hurricane type of storm came through about 30 minutes to the start of my ceremony so my venue had to move all décor inside, my mom was super duper uber late with the steamer causing us to miss pictures prior to the ceremony, the DJ played my bridal entrance song for my bridesmaids, and our send off car never came.
In these moments, nothing else mattered but marrying my husband and having a great time. No matter how hard you plan and how detailed you are, some things will go wrong especially since you have to work with other people. Just keep a positive mindset and always be solutions oriented. Despite these things, no one really knew what went wrong, plus we were compensated for some shortcomings. I am a strong believer in everything happening for a reason, so just trust in your abilities and those of your vendors and enjoy your day!
