Affordable Orlando Venue with Catering

Christina, on February 4, 2019 at 6:39 AM Posted in Florida Planning 0 5
Hello beautiful Brides!!

I'm having trouble finding a venue that works for us. We are looking for a venue with outdoor ceremony spaces, indoor reception, catering and bar included, near decent hotels, that doesn't cost $100+ per guest.

We have 60 adults and 22 kids on our guest list and we're trying to keep the who wedding under $20K. That leaves about $10K for venue/catering.

We've looked at a few hotels, but they're all $100-160 for their cheapest packages. We LOVED the Royal Crest Room, but they are 20+ minutes from a decent hotel.

Do you have any suggestions? Our data is 2/2/2020, so we have just about a year, but that date seems to be popular, so we want to find a venue soon.

If y'all don't mind driving to melbourne, florida. The venue we are using is called The Grand manor and they are pretty affordable and they do catering! The package we picked for the food is about $43 per person! that includes 4 hour of unlimited beer, wine, and sodas!

    Thanks Ladies!

We booked with the Mission Inn in Howie-in-the-Hills. They are at the higher end of our budget, but we can still afford them (after discussing which options we could remove to get within our price point) AND they have accommodations on site which was on top of my wish list!!

We have our first meeting with our catering manager on Thursday. I can't wait! The wedding will be here before we know it!
