Affordable Skincare Routine for my Wedding?

Darby, on January 24, 2019 at 7:57 AM Posted in Fitness and Health 0 2

My post got deleted last time because I apparently didn't make it clear that, on this WEDDING forum, I'm asking about skincare for my WEDDING... (seems obvious).

Anyways, I see a lot of ladies posting about skincare (for their WEDDING) and getting responses that are pretty expensive. For a budgeting bride, what great tips do you guys have up your sleeves or know of that I can start now? Products, tips, at-home remedies that worked for you, etc.? I've always struggled with my skin and I see a dermatologist but the results aren't great. I refuse to have bad skin on my big WEDDING day!

Thanks Smiley smile I didn't get to read all the great replies last time.

Water is great for your skin (and just about everything else too), so drink lots of it. Also, in addition to cutting out junk to feel good and fit nicely in your dress, it will also help with your skin. What you put into your body has a big impact on your skin.

Also, a few other more obvious ones. Don't let makeup sit on your skin overnight, wash your face every day, and I'd definitely say use a moisturizer every day, with SPF.

Those are my common sense tips, but I'll be following to see what other responses you get Smiley smile

If you have any beauty schools close to you look into having facials and what it there. I can get a full service facial for $25 at mine. Also a good toner made a huuuge difference in my skin tone. The ordinary is a good site for quality cheap serums and solutions. Consistency is key, I wanna wash my face twice a day if I skip the night time wash/routine my face is red and super oily the next day which usually leads to break outs.
