After Party Venue in West Orange nj

Hey everyone I am having my wedding at the Pleasantdale Chateau and am trying to find an afterparty space. The Chateau has an afterparty space but is $6,000 which is way to much for a simple afterparty with a few close friends and family. I am looking for a space that is close to the Chateau that I can rent for like 4-5 hours that is less than $2,000. I would appreciate any suggestions. I found a place called the Clubhouse but just incase that is booked need other options.

    The Clubhouse in Montclair?? If it is, that place is super cool. My fiancé had his college graduation party there. The people who his family worked with were great and they ever had another party at another one of their locations in Montclair. The Club house was chill, laid back and I think BYOB.

    Another idea, and something that I’ve seen at a lot of weddings, just go to the hotel bar where the guests are staying. If you want to make it seem more like an after party and not a cash bar, throw a few hundred down (or how much you’re comfortable with depending on number of people and time of night) and keep the party there. Lots of times people will change out of suits and heels to more comfortable clothes and hang there. Also no need to worry about people Driving after drinking

    Thanks I think I am gonna book the clubhouse it is reasonably priced.

    Hey Samantha! The Clubhouse looks like a great venue, perfect for an after party! If it happens to be booked, I would also look into restaurant type of venues in that area for your after party!

    The restaurant in Montclair on Walnut Street called Halcyon has a private room upstairs above the restaurant and it’s super chic
