ahhhhh Wedding Wire's seating chart tech help

Honestly, I just used index cards. I wrote each couple down on an index card, and then arranged them in piles based on groups that knew each other. I wanted the tables to be about 8-10 people. For groups that were that amount, I left them as is. For groups that were less or where I had the odd couple here or there that didn't quite fit, I then started considering where they could go where they would get along with others at the table. It was easy, and no glitches. Then, once I finalized the piles, I named the tables and wrote out a list in a word document and paper clipped each table together in case I had to play around with it again. It was super easy doing it with the index cards.
