Airbnb as a venue?

Airbnb is a great way to keep costs down for your wedding venue! Although you should bear in mind that since the venue would essentially residential, you may have to rent a lot of furniture and ‘weddingy’ things to make it a wedding event. If you shop around, you would definitely be able to find some good deals on event rentals. If you are stuck for companies to contact, you could check out the WeddingWire vendor search - Florida Wedding Rentals.

Also, remember that if you decide to use Airbnb, to make sure that the owner allows guests to hold events in the property!!

View Quoted Comment I have actually found a few places in West Palm Beach and a few in the Stuart area. I have been very upfront with owners about having a small wedding party. I know the whole parking thing might be an issue but that something I can definitely figure out. My thought was to have more of A big pig roast party with a premium open bar, I definitely don’t intend to do a plated meal or anything banquet style. Mike and I have both been married before and done the giant wedding! This one is strictly for us LOL
