Most Airbnb & VRBO have a guest limit. If you’re having a as small, intimate wedding this could work.

I think a lot of rental companies have moved away from allowing owners from hosting an event, maybe they've changed the policy back. If it has it's up to the owner if they allow "parties" at their house.

Cons: parties are no longer allowed at Airbnb’s.
Aside from that, the rental of all chairs, tables, linens, set up clean up, potential noise complaints… tons.

Both of those companies don’t allow weddings onsite while the pandemic is still underway.

I'm having mine at an AirBnb since we are only having a total of 16 people. We aren't having any venders come in like caterers or table/chair rental. We just loved the idea of having a big house where people could eat, drink, be safe, comfortable. It has a fire pit, hottub, pool table, ping pong table. Just a casual family gathering where we will be married. If you have to have venders or a bunch of people, definitely discuss with AirBnB host first. If they are ok with it, go for it!
