Airbrush chest

Julie, on March 7, 2018 at 9:21 PM Posted in Hair and Makeup 0 8
I did a makeup trial today and I'm so happy with it. When she was fine we realized how red and patchy the skin on my chest looks when my face looks great. She said she could airbrush my chest, but she is worried I would end up with makeup on my dress. Does anyone else have this issue? Should I even worry about it? I'm adding pictures after the trial today. You can see the difference in the pictures. What would you do?

You look amazing! But yes you would need to airbrush your chest too...

I think you'll be your own worst critic for that, I wouldn't have notice if you didn't point it out. If it's something that'll make you uncomfortable or self-conscious for your wedding day though, then I would first experiment with applying foundation on it and using setting powder or spray, and see if it comes off on regular clothes. If you find brands that don't smudge on a regular day then I would think it would be fine for your wedding day! I don't wear makeup daily though so I'm not an expert

Mac face and body might be a good solution and not transfer. I'd experiment first, though.

I would airbrush or apply some kind of makeup on the chest. I know dermablend is a popular body cover up makeup too.

Thanks everyone. My wedding is Saturday, so I don't have time for testing anything else. I think I'll just go for the airbrushing and hope for the best.

Airbrushing is least likely to bleed onto your dress than other types because it is designed to be lightweight and stay put. I would not foresee it being a problem... the makeup is beautiful and good luck this weekend!

What did you end up doing? Did it work? I have the same problem with redness on my chest and I’m looking into makeup options.
