I haven't done my trial but she is going to do one side airbrush one regular foundation so we can decide. Both of them can leave streaks! Most makeup artists (here at least) stay until after the ceremony to do touch ups so i'd ask your artist!

I was literally just thinking about this! I don't wear make up usually and when I do it's super simple so I know nothing about what's better.

I hate wearing makeup in general, but I was very happy with my airbrush makeup trial. I hardly felt like I was wearing any, except the mascara lol

I’m doing regular. Doesn’t leave any marks by my skin isn’t too bad. Make sure to use a moisture mask th day before and drink a lot of water so your skin is prepped for the makeup

Thinking about this too! I want to go with airbrush because I like the look of it and it stays in place for so long, but I will definitely be crying a bit on my wedding day. 😂

Okay so here is my personal and somewhat educated opinion. I am someone who does full glam makeup on myself regularly and would consider myself pretty good (though not a professional by any means) so I knew what to expect going into my first trial. It was airbrush makeup and I'd only ever used traditional foundation. Let me tell you, it was a disaster. It emphasized the dry patches on my skin and actually looked cakey. I was EXTREMELY disappointed. I could've done a better job myself and I don't have a license to do so.... Needless to say, I scheduled a trial with a different MUA who uses traditional foundation and OMG it came out PERFECT. She was everything I wanted and more. My skin was FLAWLESS. I am paying her extra so she can stay with me the entire day (throughout my ceremony and reception) to touch up my makeup. Here is something VERY important to consider: if you cry A LOT you may want to use airbrush. It's longer lasting than traditional foundation. Traditional foundation just looks better in my option. First picture is from my first trial with airbrush makeup (yuck) and second picture is the MUA I hired (soooo amazing).

Thank you! Yes first photo is airbrush makeup and second is traditional foundation. Like liquid that comes from a bottle. It's definitely a personal preference on which you prefer, just keep it mind that airbrush is known for lasting longer and is more water resistant. That being said, the way it looked in person and it photos was more important to me than the lasting power of the makeup. This is why I am paying my MUA extra to stay with me for my entire wedding, to touch up my makeup.
