I think that it would be cute to have the aisle lined with rose petals and lit candles or even lanterns. I think the venue itself is beautiful so I don't think that you have to go all out with decor.

I love the look of the lanterns and candles, but I also think that two lines of flower petals flanking the aisle also looks really clean and elegant (and is probably easier to deal with than an aisle runner!):
