Aisle flowers becoming table centerpieces? Anyone done/doing this?

We weren't originally going to use our aisle decorations for anything during the reception but the florist actually screwed up our sweetheart table and there was no decoration so last minute the deliveryman came up with the idea to use the aisle flowers to make up our sweetheart table during the cocktail hour room switchover. It wound up beautiful and in hindsight, I should've thought of that from the start. My boquet was placed on our cake table and looked beautiful next to it.

Yes it’s very doable,especially if it’s at the same location.. Saves Money!

We used candles in the aisle that became part of our centerpieces and it worked perfectly.

My florist is staying to do some retouch after ceremony is done.
My aisle arrangements would be used for small centerpieces for bathroom, bar, food table and cake table.
My arch would be moved and would be used with a small couch, wood logs and candles for a photobooth section for our reception area.

I definitely plan on reusing my aisle flowers for centerpieces! Why pay for extra decorations/flowers when you don't need to? Your wedding party (or whomever) will easily be able to move them for you after the ceremony.
