All inclusive RCI resort help/rant

I have an understanding of how these timeshares work finally but what is the best rci all inclusive resort? I'm having a terrible time finding any info online. And onto the rant. We had the occidental xcaret in mind but after looking at flights and the all inclusive fees the trip would have cost $2200 plus taxes plus what ever the fee is to use the timeshare meanwhile the EXACT same trip is $2075 including everything (taxes, airfare, all inclusive) on Expedia. What is that about?! Regardless we're using the timeshare because it was a gift from family so any suggestions on which all inclusive resorts would be amazingly helpful!! Thanks!!

Hello Mersadies, sorry you are having this issue. Unfortunately this is very common with timeshares at all-inclusive resorts, as the all inclusive-fees are extra. However, your other option is to check places that are not all-inclusive (Hawaii is an option) , as you will need to pay for food and drinks anyways. If this is stressful for you, you could always save that timeshare for a vacation... and get the honeymoon you really want by contacting a travel professional who will help find you and your fiance the perfect fit, and be able to keep within your budget.
