Have you tried somewhere like Ulta? I can’t imagine them being booked to capacity especially for make up. At this point it sounds like you’re desperate if you can’t find anyone to do a trial on you so maybe try Ulta and cross fingers or asked them to do a make up trial ahead of time. If you don’t want anything too crazy for bridal hair, bridal hair is typically very simple to do and shouldn’t take too long. I’m sure if you expressed your situation to them they could probably squeeze you in. You might even be able to find someone at Sephora or Ulta to do a trial run for you and then ask if they could work your wedding day outside of the store on site. You’d probably be paying them more than they would make for their one day of work so they may be down for it

I had this issue with hair stylists and Djs. When a vendor said they were booked I asked for recommendations. Majority of the time they had someone in mind

I found my videographer, HMUA, coordinator, and seamstress by following wedding groups on FB in my state, city, and near the wedding venue. Small wedding business owners don’t always have profiles on wedding websites... nor do they usually come up as the first options when you Google... but they tend to post a lot of their social media! All the vendors we contracted from FB groups had posted special offers on FB air Instagram. They did ranged in experience and budget so do your research!

Try a cosmetology school. They have tons of students and different price points- you pay less for a beginner student (guided by an instructor, usually), or you can request an experienced student (usually one who is just a few credit hours shy of graduating) and pay more. The BEST hair and makeup I've ever gotten done was an experienced student at a cosmo school. Better than any professional I've been to!
