Hi everyone, I am getting married March 23. I had my second fitting yesterday and my dress has to be taken in a little more on the waist (it was huge on my waist when I received the dress) as I have lost 5 pounds since the first fitting, and nearly 10-15 since I bought the dress. While I do Pilates/strength training 3-4 times a week I am trying to maintain my weight, not lose more. Between work and wedding planning I am stressed and forgot to eat all meals some days, I definitely am not getting enough protein. I would like to tone up some more and consume more protein before the wedding, but scared to change my body too much since my dress is very form fitting and currently being altered down slightly more. My third fitting is set for February 1 and pickup feb 17.. what do I do?!
I am also afraid altering it down is changing the shape..I don’t love how I look in it compared to when I bought it
