Alterations: Bra Cup suggestions?

Did she ask you to provide your own? Every person I've gone to for tailoring has always had their own.

Agree with Alyssa. Usually the seamstress is supposed to supply their own as it’s part of their craft to mold the dress to your unique shape, which includes sewing in the proper boning, bra cups, underwire, etc.

Sewn in cups really only work if you are naturally perky and don’t need any lift or support, only padding the nipples. Your best bet for functionality with support and lift is Goodlines boob tape. There are tutorials on their website.
