I went in because I knew I needed to just get it over with. They had rushed the other alterations except for the straps, and I quickly saw why. She didn't want any more to do with me. And after they were even more rude, the feeling was rather mutual. The dress zipped finally, after she had me sit while I waited for her to fix the zipper, and it was clear that they had just told my mom what she wanted to hear.
They didn't really give me much time in the dress, because the lady was clearly over me, and I kind of agreee. Thankfully I'm going back one more time to check the straps, and hopefully it'll all be good. Then I won't have to deal with them and vice versa. They clearly didn't value the customer service. But it fits! I can calm down now.
