Alternative to garter toss

Hey all!

My FH and I agree to do something during the garter toss, but not have it be the garter. (the history and meaning is not our style)

We are super nerdy and we're thinking the Infinity Gauntlet, but all the ones on etsy/amazon are super expensive or super weird looking.

What other nerdy ideas do you have?

Thor's hammer? Batman's ninja stars? WE NEED IDEAS!!!

    Or just leave out the garter toss. We're not doing it either. Honestly the whole history behind it is just strange to me.

    I've never seen a garter tossed, or any substitute for it. And I never missed it.

    At another wedding my FH caught a bow tie that the groom tossed instead of a garter. He's going to toss the same bow tie at our wedding. It's not super creative, but it's more sentimental.

    We're skipping it because my fiance says anything he finds up my dress he's keeping, and he may not come back out. I'm still debating the bouquet toss, but we're not doing the garter.

    We skipped it, and the bouq toss, because both make me feel super gross. if you really want to do it though your initial ideas sound cute!
