Am i invited to the wedding?

🤦🏾‍♀️ People are so unbelievable sometimes! I have no advice other than to agree with what other PPs have said. I just had to comment because I was annoyed for you lol.

We get this everyday and it’s so so rude. Idk what to say. My fiancé has just been saying it’s m into smite wedding and only close family is invited. Or i been saying omg i wish i could invite everyone but everything is so expansive. It’s crazy how people assume they’re coming or ask to be invited!!

That happened to us too! My FH is involved in scouting and there are 2 brothers that are as well. He is friends with the younger brother more than the older so we only invited the one he's close with. The older brother's girlfriend saw our STD on their fridge and then messaged my FH and rudely asked where theirs was. He also posted on FB about his ring being in and 2 other people basically invited themselves to the wedding! It's ridiculous! He basically just told them what Caytlyn said previously. We started with close family and friends and unfortunately reached our limit.

So far nothing yet. But I get the feeling once invites do go out there may be some discussion amongst guests who were and those who weren't invited.

I live in an apartment and a few of my neighbors want to come I think, but only one has tried inviting herself. I've just kept saying wedding plans are going slow...no one needs to know until after. I'll figure out what to say when it's done

I have the same issue. We both have large families and lots of friends but cannot invite everyone. I rarely post anything on social media about it because I'm tired of people asking if they're invited.

Hey everyone!!! First of all congratulations to everyone. Well I get that a lot but my answer is “sorry it’s a really intimate wedding and only family is invited” which is true !!!! And really really really closed friends, lol. I didn’t post nothing at all in social media only on instagram but it’s only family and all of them are invited. I work in a inconvenience store and I was talking to a customer who was gambling because I leave in Las Vegas and I was cleaning so I was trying to be nice and talking to her I don’t even know why i told her I was planning my wedding and she said, “ oh I can’t miss that wedding” that was the first time I saw her in my life!!!! I just laugh, lol

You have to draw the line somewhere..say, unfortunately, we can't invite everyone. I was just listening to a conversation on the radio about this - a woman called in and said she wasn't invited to her longtime friend's wedding but that she really wanted to see her get married and she was going anyway but not going to the reception. Ummm what?! So rude! I was shocked that someone would do that.

Simply say due to cost we are keeping our guest list to a minimum thank you for wanting to be part our special day though .
