We didn't announce the parents at the reception. We did announce the bridal party and groomsmen. We had us (DH and I) announce as Mr and Mrs Charles Del Grosso.

    We did

Bridesmaid (name here), groomsmen (name here)

Bridesmaid (name here), groomsmen (name here)

Bridesmaid (name here), groomsmen (name here)

Bridesmaid (name here), groomsmen (name here)

Maid of honor (name here), best man (name here)

(DH and I) announced as Mr and Mrs Charles Del Grosso

I say Mr. & Mrs. Last Name. It depends how formal you want to get but I think this is the most common way.

We did only first names. I gave our DJ full names, but he shortened to just first names for our parents and BP, and I appreciated it. Smiley smile We were introduced and Mr & Mrs H and Reenski Awesome. I think I did say not to introduce me and Mrs. H, I have my own name.
