Another covid Question 🙄

My wedding is April 11th. My venue is refusing to provide a refund and only offering postponement. They say it is not covered under their “Act of God” clause because event cancelation is only a “recommendation” and not mandatory. In addition, I paid additional fees for a Saturday date and they will only let me reschedule to a Friday or Sunday.


Do I have any legal options to fight this? Is wedding insurance an option? I really hate how they are treating their brides and they are being very ugly about this whole thing.
