Another One Bites the Dust

Danica, on March 27, 2020 at 1:56 AM Posted in Planning 0 3
Well, remember when I said we were going to power through and get married anyways this weekend on our original date?

We are joining the ranks of couples that postpone to the fall....my FH found out tonight that the boyfriend of someone on his team team work died of corona this week. Since that person was still in the office this week, rather than run the direct risk, we are now having to postpone..
I guess this means that we will be able to have the microwedding we initially planned.

Thank you for this choice. I know it’s hard - I just postponed my 4/18 destination wedding. This virus is no joke. The US has the MOST number of cases in the world. Health and safety of loved ones is the priority. I hope you have the wedding of your dreams come fall.

I hope you and your partner still do something on your own though for that date! whether it be a quiet date night or something, it is still a special date.
