Any idea where to purchase 4" flameless candle that glows "white"

You could get a pillar and then use white 5mm leds taped to a CR2032 battery. Like you would do to a paper lantern. That's the only way I can think of making white light appear to come from the candle.

Some of the LEDs have a blueish cast to the white light.

You should check a store like Old Time Pottery, or even the Oriental Trading website. They will have lots of things like flame-less candles to choose from. Also if you have a local candle shop, talk to the owner. Depending on how many you need, they may give you a bulk purchase discount. Good luck!
