Any particular Etsy boutiques recommended?

How beautiful. Unfortunately I don't have any experience with any specific sellers, but hopefully some of the other posters will. I think the other option would be multiple layers of tulle, with coloured ones underneath white tulle, to get a similar effect without having to paint the bottom.

That coloration on the over skirt is called “ombré”. I was at a wedding recently & the flower girls were wearing dresses with that effect, I think the bride got them on Amazon. I would use key words “ombré & wedding dress” & see what you could find with that effect. As Rosie said you might be able to create something similar with various shades of tulle.

Hi Alyssa! I did a quick search on Etsy for "blue wedding dress" and saw a lot of knock offs in the $200-$300 range! I'd check out some of those dresses and the store's reviews!! 🌟
